Srikanta Acharya is an Indian singer, lyricist, and music director. He is known for Modern Bengali songs and Rabindra Sangeet in the Bengali music industry. Some of his well-known songs are Brishti Tomake Dilam (2000), Mone Pore (2002), and Ghum Nei Raat (2008).

He studied at Jodhpur Park Boys School. He graduated from St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), Kolkata. He received his musical training from Dakshinee in Rabindra Sangeet. He learned to play the tabla from Ustad Ali Ahmed Khan. He worked as a sales professional before becoming an established singer.

Srikanta Acharya started his musical career with the music album Hey Bandhu Hey Priyo (1996) produced by Sagarika Music Company. This song was a modern rendition of the original Rabindra Sangeet.
